SportixArena is a sports booking and community platform developed and operated by ATOMIC.LIMITED. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to ATOMIC.LIMITED.

2.1 Account & Profile Data
- Full name, email address, phone number
- Date of birth (for age verification)
- Profile photo (optional, user-uploaded)
- City and preferred sports
- Google / Apple OAuth profile data (if you sign in via social login)
2.2 Booking & Transaction Data
- Court bookings, session dates, times, venues, and courts selected
- Payment method type (card last 4 digits only — full card data is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner, never stored by us)
- Transaction IDs, booking status, cancellation and refund history
- Loyalty points earned and redeemed
2.3 Sports & Activity Data
- Match history, scores, and results (from PadelVision AI integration where applicable)
- Ball speed records and performance metrics (padel only, device-pushed)
- Coach sessions attended and ratings given
- Let's Play game participation history
2.4 Community Data
- Posts, comments, reposts, and reactions you create in the Community Feed
- Photos you choose to attach to posts
- Follow relationships with other users
2.5 Device & Usage Data
- Device type, operating system, browser
- IP address and approximate location (city-level)
- App usage patterns and feature interactions (anonymised analytics)
- Push notification tokens (if you grant notification permission)
3. How We Use Your Data
- Service delivery: Processing bookings, payments, and refunds; sending booking confirmations and reminders
- Community features: Displaying posts, comments, and profiles in the Community Feed
- Matching & recommendations: Suggesting venues, coaches, and open games based on your location and sport preferences
- Push notifications: Booking reminders, flash deal alerts, game invites, and match result notifications (you can opt out in Account Settings)
- Platform safety: Detecting fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
- Analytics: Understanding how features are used in aggregate to improve the platform
- Legal compliance: Meeting obligations under UAE, UK, and international law
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: To provide the booking, payment, and platform services you signed up for
- Legitimate interests: Platform security, fraud prevention, and service improvement
- Consent: Push notifications, marketing emails, optional profile data — you can withdraw at any time
- Legal obligation: Tax records, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution
5. Data Sharing
We share limited data only where necessary:
- Venue Operators & Coaches: Your name, booking reference, and booking time are shared with the relevant venue or coach to fulfil your booking
- Payment Processor: Payment data is handled by our PCI-DSS certified payment partner. We do not store full card details
- PadelVision Integration: Where you play at a PadelVision-enabled court, match statistics are automatically pushed to your SportixArena profile by the court hardware system
- Cloud Infrastructure: Your data is stored on servers operated by trusted cloud providers under data processing agreements
- Legal Authorities: We may disclose data if required by UAE law, a court order, or to protect users' safety
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active, and for 3 years after account deletion (for legal and financial compliance)
- Booking & payment records: 7 years (UAE Commercial Transactions Law requirements)
- Community posts: Deleted immediately upon your request unless subject to an active dispute
- Push notification tokens: Deleted when you uninstall the app or revoke permission
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete data via Account Settings or by contacting us
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent: Unsubscribe from notifications and marketing at any time in Account Settings

9. Children's Privacy
SportixArena is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at privacy@atomic.limited and we will delete the account promptly.

Your data may be processed on servers located in the UAE, EU, or UK. Where data is transferred outside the UAE, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
